1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Steppy by StageKeep app (the "App"), a product of StageKeep Inc., you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Requirements

To access features, you must provide accurate info: Name, Email, Birthday, and Gender.

3. Use of the App

• No uploading harmful or illegal content
• No copying or reverse-engineering the app
• No abuse or platform manipulation

4. Video Recording

When recording in-app:

• You retain video ownership
• You grant us a temporary license to process it
• Videos are deleted within 24 hours

5. Intellectual Property

All content and code belong to StageKeep Inc. Do not use or reproduce them without permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or remove your access for rule violations or misuse of the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

Steppy by StageKeep is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

9. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Steppy offers an optional premium "Creator Plan" that unlocks watermark-free saving and additional features. This subscription is available via in-app purchase through Apple's App Store.

Pricing:

• $3.99 USD per month
• $39.99 USD per year (billed annually)

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings.

We do not offer refunds for in-app purchases. Any billing issues or refund requests must be handled through Apple.
